I am considering taking over a lease of a SS/SC. Is it possible to take over a lease from Canada or no? Also, where else can i look to find other leases available?

well the thing is im going 2 college in 2 years but i really want an SS/SC bad so i figured i can just take over a lease and then not have to worry about paying for a car while in college. Plus i don't have 17k laying around!
so is it possible to do a lease takeover from across the border or not?
