So im asking right now instead of the seller because i want a general out-put and knowledge as to wtf it is exactly i might be buying.

they are CCFL Gen 3 Halos with 8k HIDS

my questions are.

are these even bright?

i also dont know **** about HIDS but i know bi-xenon is high and low beams, he doesnt say anything about that in the topic, so i assume no high/low? just 1 setting?


they seem cheap at only $110 with 8k hids ( asking price, paying more to ship to canada,, but idc )

anything els i will need to hook these up to replace my stockers?

those have separate high/low bulbs, so he probably just has HIDs in the low position and regular bulbs in the high position. 8000K are going to be very blue, I don't go any higher than 5000K in my vehicles to avoid trouble with the police, but you can easily and cheaply just replace the bulbs.

 

so then, if i wanted. i would get another set of hids and use it in either the high or low beam spot. which ever one he doesnt have it in?
I did some googling and didnt find much. how ever when i went to ebay i think i found more out about these from the vendors.

and the seller here on css says i would just have to " just connect ground wire and positive wire to a power source and your done. " , So i assume they come with everything i need to do that and they work along with the hids


im not worried about trouble from the police, ill cross that bridge if it happens
