If the redline isnt going to be made any longer, what is the fate of the SS/SC??

Maybe 1 or 2 more years. Oh wouldn't it be a bitch if they turboed it like the Solstice GXP!

The SS S/C sells... i don't think it's going anywhere..

They might want to send it out with stage 2 stock though..

It's been common knowledge that the Ion was ending its run, to be replaced by a re-badged Opel. Naturally the Redline would go with it.

Yep... no more redlines.

But... think of it this way... the redline was out in 2004... a full year before the SS/SC. I'd wager that next year there will be somekind of new Redline based off of the new car. Whatever that "new redline" gets... will flow to replace the SS/SC after a year.

GM used the redline as a test bed for the LSJ to make sure it would actually work... saturn has a very small market share so if the car was a flop they wouldn't be committed to something that sells nearly as many as the SS/SC does. Believe me... you should hear some of the horror stories from 2004 redline owners... I know several... all kinda problems. Thank goodness they got it straightened out for the SS/SC.

So just relax... there's no need to worry about the SS/SC going anywhere till atleast 2009.

Calibur SRT... bwahahahah.... a 300hp two ton FWD refrigerator.... you think we have problems keeping all our power to the ground... watch them wheelhop.

And besides... for the Calibur SRT-4 to be "coming" I haven't seen an update on it in like a year.

I'd rather see a Avenger SRT-6... that would be alright.
