resealing headlights
I'm sure this is on a how to guide somewhere but I can't seem to find it. I took my headlights apart last night
and painted them now I'm putting them together but I'm just wondering if I need to bake them again to seal them
or just apply the sealant and let them dry

^what he said...
I basically used a hot air gun and heated the original sealant, scooped out all that old stuff with a flathead screw driver.
Once all the old stuff was gun I applied the OCI Butyl Rubber Glue (as linked above) and lined the headlights with it. Retrofit Source sends you an ample amount of that rubber glue.
I then pressed the lenses onto the headlights, baked them in the oven for a little bit to get the glue soft, took out the headlights and immediately pressed the headlights and lenses together for a couple minutes till the glue cooled down.
