Rotors ?

Hey My brake rotors look all rusty after it rains is there anything i can do so it stops? Is it because when I got the car I had the dealer cut them smooth? I go the car used and the guy before me .... Well lets say he liked to brake hard.

I think all cobalt rotors are known to rust. That's why a lot of people get aftermarket rotors. The front brake pads are usually replace with ceramic ones because they dust A LOT!

Wouldn't rusty rotors effect the cars braking power?

They aren't completly rusted through, just a light rust color on them! After breaking a few times they are all shiny again!! But if it sits for a day or two they look rusty again!
