RP or M1?

ok so there has been a little discussion about which oils one would prefer to use on the balt which would you use?

Royal Purple synthetic of course
Mobil 1 synthetic?
Quaker state Synthetic?

or what would u suggest?

I use Mobil 1 b/c it's what my dad always uses in his Corvette. He just passed his love of all things Mobil 1 on to me

I usually use Mobil 1, but i recently put royal purple in and have noticed anything since it ws put it....good marketing by royal purple!

Didn't really notice anything by using Royal Purple, but that's what is in it now and I will probably continue to use it

really? sounds like u need more friction in your life... deffinately talking about engines, no inuendo here...

swear to god it felt like my engine was on crack when i first drove it with the RP. i'm in love...

Royal Purple is all hype, it's the same if not slightly worse than your average synthetic.

I used to be a big fan of Mobil1 until their latest formula came out. Breaks down much easier and just isn't as good as it used to be - many, MANY car manufacturers are DROPPING it as their OEM recommended oil.

THE oil to use is German Castrol. Not just Castrol, it's gotta be the German stuff. It is BY FAR the #1 synthetic out there.

Also, after many years of knocking their competition because they were synthetic blends, Mobil 1 quietly started making some of their own oil as blends also. Naturally they never mention this in their advertising.
