I mentioned this is my new user thread and thought I'd bring the question back up here. My RPD knob was missing when I bought the car a few weeks ago. I'll check with my Chevy dealer when I take it in to get a seatbelt sensor replaced, but I'm wondering if there's anywhere else I can look to get a new knob. Thoughts?

 

Im sure you can find a metal cap that is the same diameter and epoxy it on there

 

I DOUBT chevy sells just the knob.

 

just hot glue some other plastic cap on there... guy in our local club found a black electrical cap that looked just like the stock knob and hot glued it on.. .would never notice the difference save for the light ribbing around it

 

^^what he said. You can get the knob by itself from the dealer but it's $36.82. They got bought out by a company that buys discontinued parts and jacks up the price. P/N 25860282
