SC owners only...

if gm made a 2009 ss/sc and a 2009 ss/tc, the sc being just like your 2005-2007, and both being the same price, which one would you buy?

thats not a realistic question.... the SC is old technology

how about the SC has the braking and handling of the TC and some factory mods to get the HP equal.... in that case I'd get an SC again

SC vs TC..... I'd get the TC > SC just for the handling benefits

I do LOVE my SC whine

well first of all why would chevy have 2 cars out with similar but diff engines out at the same time? why not put the effort into one car. like what they did with the TC. the made it faster, handle better, i mean this topic is stupid... and he said the SC being the same as the 07, hp and all lol? and the same price as the current TC???

If both cars were relatively equal except for the method of f/i - I'd buy the supercharged one hands down. The only thing that would be nice to have from the TC are the Brembros. I'm not a fan of turbo'd cars.

It's not that much different. Either car wouldn't keep stock suspension anyway. That's the only reason I would like the Brembo's. Then I only have the pads and lines to upgrade on brakes.

how do they get the extra lateral G's out of the TC if it's not in the suspension?

Personally.. I was always against the idea of a turbo'd cobalt. I always thought it was perfect the way it was. Us supercharged balts vs. our rival turbo'd srt4s.....

Something just seems wrong about putting a turbo on an American car (except Diesel trucks). When I think of American HP I always think of supercharges BBC's and SBC's

No lift shift still has a point on the SS/SC. Why do you think they made the WOT box for it?

If they would upgrade the supercharger to the TVS, I would go with SC.
