Scraches?
okay idk if im postin in the right place..but..okay i didnt have the time or money to get terry cloths and stuff to wash my balt today..so i used regualr dish towels and stuff..and my drive way is like gravel with little rock chips in it and my six year old brother loves my car and wanted to help u know little kids they find enjoyment out of it..but anyway in the precess of that i think he droped the wet cloth and started washing my hood again and theres very faint light scratches there not deep there just swivles of white u know its a scratch..kinda bothers me..any advice on getting that off..i have a scratch kit thiny for my car..its a pen with paint in it and a brush end if u open it same color as my car..but im afraid if i paint it with that..then it wont be smooth and what not and look like a stupid touch up job you know what i mean? sorry this is so long btw..lol

your right the touch up paint won't really help much for fine scratches, that's mostly for chips and deep scratchers. A good clay bar will work. I use Nufinish scratch doctor on mine, or mother's(or any really good quality) canuiba wax should take out those fine scratches.
If you use the clay bar, I recommend washing the area with either dish soap or any other wax stripper, so that you get down to just the paint and the bar can do it's job.

Clay bar wont do **** for scratches, all it does is remove dirt particles on the paint.
Not seeing a picture of the damage I would imagine it is more along the lines of swirl marks. You need to go get some hand glaze or a good polish to remove the scratches. Use a cloth applicator pad or micro-fiber towel and rub it in going in a vertical or horizontal direction. DO NOT GO IN A CIRCULAR MOTION. Then take a terry cloth and wipe off the residue.
It should remove most if not all the marks.
Also when washing a car the best thing to use it a plain white cotton T-Shirt.

ill take a pic if i can im sorry i didnt think of that..lol..there really minor..its just somthing that bothers me OCD if u will..but who dont have them with a car?..lol
