Shift Lights
Who here runs a shift light? How much did you pay, and is it worth it during drag racing? Im considering one, but I dont feel like paying almost 200 dollars for one, maybe 100 dollars for a small simple one... any help would be nice guys.

i use my interceptor gauge for a shift light, its mounted on the steering wheel so there is no missing the leds when they go off. I didnt by the gauge for the shift light but it works pretty good for an extra feature, i think it helps once you mess around with it a little and get it set just right to your reaction time

nah, plug the grey wire into the OBDII, and you can just buy a "add a fuse" and tap the red power wire into your fuse box, i tapped into the windshield wiper fuse so its only on when the car is. All you gotta do then is mount it somewhere, some people replace the stock boost gauge with it, some buy a new 2 or 3 pod a pillar replacement. I used the cobalt addiction steering wheel pod. Its kinda cheap, but it looks ok and all you need is some double sided tape and your in business
