Like I said, every LSJ I've seen is beat to ****. This one just looks like it was a DD. I mean it still has the stupid engine cover on it

The thing that's weird is that the build list based off the VIN I sent to Jackie shows this car having heated leather seats... weird to say the least. I asked her why, so I guess we'll find out eventually.

My car build also said I had heated seats.. nope. I saw the code on the vette forums talking about a dual tone interior.

In the meantime...

I checked the carfax and it shows the head gasket as being replaced twice.. that doesn't make me very comfortable. The car's been removed from the dealership site, so I'm not too sure if it sold or not. For what they're asking for it, I sure hope not.

Well guys, unfortunately I've decided against it. I took it on a test drive and the A/C wasn't blowing too cold even though it was recharged a few thousand miles back and it was way more beat up than I thought. Paint scratches everywhere, dents still there, windshield scratched, no tint and still a $7,000 price tag. At this point, I think unless I find a nice turbo with low miles that the Cobalt ship has sailed. Especially when Cruze's are so cheap now that they've been out for a few years.

My heart slowly broke as I test drove it, but I think if I'm going to burden myself with a loan, I want it to be perfect already. If it was my first car, I'd definitely get it and fix it up again, but I don't have the time for that anymore having just moved into college and still working. Also, I have a car that's already paid for, so I think I'll hold onto it until next summer so I can save up a considerable down payment on a Cruze or something. I really like the new tC as well, and I work at a Toyota dealership and they offer killer deals for employees. So we shall see, thanks for all the help guys.
