Love it, I'm gonna guess this guy wasn't a former Cavalier owner that brought his horrible ideas of "mods" into this genre of car. (no offense to former cavalier owners with taste...lol)

Kinda like a cross of rat style / stance / shlammed. I wouldn't do it to my car, but I love looking at it!

This.

I applaud his genuine interest in the 'Balt and doing everything himself, but umm... Yeah.

man i appreciate this car just for all the clean uniqueness. i'd never put stickers all over my car but he can do it right! that stance is just awesome, and i wonder if he's done anything to the engine

Yes a lot of work went into that. I like how low it is, I like the color and wheels. But the stickers, rear lip, zip ties, dirty interior, and buckles? makes it hideous to me. I didn't say you had no style for your opinion on liking it, so don't be so quick to judge mine. Opinions are exactly how they sound, and everyone is entitled to them.

This is probably the most ill cobalt in the world. What's interesting is a year ago I remember the majority on this site hating on this car, now the majority like it. Just an observation.

You should know as soon as one of the cool members on the site say they like it the bandwagon follows right behind them to support their decision I thought that was how css worked atleast bunch of followers with the occasional person like Mike who changes it up and gets hated on and all of a sudden stance hit's the cobalt world and now they show him the respect he should have always gotten

Just being a car guy in general I love the look. I am so happy the body kit/neon lights/pretty paint phase is over. It's nice to see a cobalt that isn't tinted with retros and dark tails, something different. I didn't get it at first, the rat rod, retro cambered cars but it grew on me. Too each his own and in the words of Borat.....Very Nice!!

Stance, wheels, headlights are nice.

Rest is hack **** fools like to pass off as creative, bring clean back and quit trying to toss every trend from every scene into a goddamn Cobalt.

Sincerely to the asshat above,
-former Cavalier owner

I would never do that to my car, lord.

I am more about balancing Go with Show though, so I tend to stick with a clean look.

That stuff he did...all he did was ruin the performance. Why not just get a Mercedes, stick Lorenzos on it, and call it a day?

Agreed... the zip ties, autozone horn, clips and tacky cheap looking **** ruin the car. While i am not a fan of the fitment of the wheels they are an extremely nice style. They just dont fit for ****.

A lot of work went into this car. 60% of it being awesome, 40% being crap and cheap.

Maybe he didn't buy the car for performance. Why does it matter he bought the car he can do whatever he pleases lol.

the stance is good, but i just hate everything else about this car. it looks like its going to just fall apart. too many zip ties, clamps, paintflakes, stickers, broken ass lips etc for me to like the car as a whole. i woulkd imagine a car enthusiast keeping the car in better condition
