You guys want to meet at the mall at Lake Cook Rd. at around 11? Or are you going to be closer to the 294 side of Glenview?

We could also just meet at the Lake Forest Oasis around 11:15. Whatever works.

So i dont know if ill be there saturday. Came home from work tonight and my key is stuck in the on position and wont turn back, can only start the car and have to stall it to turn it off and unplug the battery. Taking it into the dealer tomorrow and hopefully have it fixed the same day.

Common problem. There is a fix somewhere. Search a bit.

From what I read on another forum there is some known issue with the ignition cylinders and some faulty pins. Not sure if it is full out recall or just bulletin....or if you have any warranty left....seems to be a somewhat simple repair. Hope to see ya Saturday and everything works out for ya.

Good to hear. I was reading about it being a problem with the pins inside the cylinder falling out of place and locking the key in the cylinder.

yea, on mine it was actually a little flap on the top side that lifted up and made the ignition stuck in the on position.

The reason that I pulled over was because my downpipe decided that it didn't want to be connected to the header/dp flange anymore. The car is super pissed and likes to backfire and sputter anything over 2500rpms.

Well that sucks. I figured you just got stuck turning with everyone, and you just pulled over and then headed on home.
