i was thinking of replacing the low spoiler with the higher one but i am hearing that at 140 and higher it shakes and is also in the way of the rear view mirror. looking for some help on this

It's obviously going to shake...you're doing 140.

And it makes a line right through the middle of the rear window, you can still see things behind you but it does block it a bit

Ooh you aren't talking mph lol.

Just make sure your bolts are tight and the adhesive is still sticky and you will be find. You adjust quickly to the spoiler being in the way. It's not that bad

its all in what you like. You will find there are people on here who like it and then those who completely despise it. I don't mind my high rise.

i think it looks ok on the SS's. teh rear lip helps to make it look somewhat proportional. its all in what you like, adn by the sound of it you like it, so go for it!

You get used to it blocking out a good portion of your rearview. I learned the hard way that it also does a good job of blocking police cherries when theyre mounted in OPP undercover SUVs...

"Is that a blacked out Envoy trying to race me??" Nooooo... its a ******* OPP Envoy with ghost stickers... bastard. Pulled me over but couldnt prove the speed.

Ya get a high rise spoiler, I have one on mine and it makes the SS look good! As to the nos bottle I'm not sure, are you wanting to use it?

Not to be a dick but I wouldn't have bought the car if you didn't know the background with the nitrous bottle.

Personal opinion. Keep low rise. As in for NOS, keep it as well, it's not hard to remove but why go through that extra step instead of leaving it there. It'll help on the track, just don't get too excited with it, not so cheap to fill up, also check on how it was installed, dry/wet or direct

i love my highrise. it doesn't block your view nearly as much as car reviewers said it does or as much as some people complain about it on here. i love the look, IMO completes the whole car. makes it an ss. if your car is not an ss, do not get this spoiler, you will be flamed on here and everywhere you go.

and vibrations? its like one of those springy door stops when you close the trunk so at any speed yea its floppin around but idc

The high is functional and keeps the butt down at high speed. I noticed a big difference when I took mine off. Whoever said it blocks everything obviously didn't have a high rise. It's actually perfectly set up to block annoying headlights on your ass. You can still clear as day see vehicles and emergency vehicles behind you. It will benefit you at high speed.
