Canada Sprucing up the interior

Hello all. I have a 2006 'balt with 85000 kilometers on it and the interior is starting to show a little wear. The paint on the door pulls and shift know for instance is starting to wear off. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to refresh the interior a bit without completely painting all of my trim or spending a whack of cash. I am fairly meticulous about detailing and using protectant but I'm just looking for a little something special. Any ideas?

I would take off the power window door pulls and paint those and do the same with the shift knob. I am in the process of painting all of my silver trim pieces black, I have an '06 balt that is showing some ware and decided this would be the best option.

I would like to paint them the factory colour. Just touch it up. Do you know if I can find that silvery paint somewhere?
