Yo dawgz! In the spinout section of the new Sport Compact Car It says Gm will release a supercharged cobalt sedan to compete against Mazdaspeed 3 and the Civic SI sedan.

 

uhh... i think they are planing on offing the supercharged cobalt.... not making a 4 door

 

once again, i'll believe it when i see it.

 

I also read this. I kinda thought it was wierd since there was no more coupe ss/sc

 

jus an idea.... beings their was that new open air cobalt or whatever.... maybe they will drop the ss sc for a yr and then let it have a "mighty comeback"

 

I am just hoping they do the turbo edition that was rumored about before, and it might be on the 2.4 which means.... finally easy installation and tuning for the 2.4 lol. but there are like 10 million posts on here about what is supposed to be coming out with and what isnt. lol lets just all wait and see and stop making new threads bout it

 

I could see the SS coming back as a 4-door turbo. Would definately be better competition against the likes of the Civic Si sedan, WRX, Evo, MS3, and GTi. If I remember correctly from the reviews I have read the only thing the SS really loses out on is interior and cargo space.

 

I like the ss/sc interior.
