ss/tc stage 2 and 3?

I know this is probably early or might have already been discussed I dont get on the forums as much as id like to but I heard on here awhile back I believe that they were possibly no longer making anymore ss cars does this mean if this is true that there wont be a stage 2 or 3 for the turbo? or will they finish the stage kits and move on to other projects?

Hey,

Its all good that you don't get in here much and that is what this site is here for, to help each other out.

As for your question, simply NO for stage 2 and 3. Their even having a hard time getting stage 1 out or at least that is what I have heard. If I were you, I would get another ECM and use that to place your aftermarket tune on rather than using the stock ECM. Trifecta, PychoStevo are great at tuning and you should consider cause I never from the get go had hope for a GM stage 1 kit. Just my opinion.

um.. you do know the stage 1 kit has been out for a while now right?

i've heard speculation about a stage 2 (just an intake).. but i wouldnt hold your breath.. and forget about a stage 3.. will never happen

Yeah, maybe for a Stage 2 but definitely not for a Stage 3. We can only dream. I'm still untuned and don't want to get Stage 1. Where can I get another ECM so I can put an aftermarket tune on that?

I think that there will likely be a stage 2 in the form of an intake, but I doubt a stage 3 will ever happen.

ECUoutlet.com - search Bosch LNF 2.0 or something similar

EDIT: here ya go

I haven't bought one, so can't comment on reliablilty of the site or anything, but I was told to look here when I was thinking about tuning and junk.

you do know that clear image automotive offers the trifecta tune that allows u to have 3 different tunes on the car plus they are not detectable by the dealers tech2 or w/e they use to see if ecm has been reflashed. it has a hidden mode and allows u to run up to 25 psi. this one guys that i installed the tune for is ripping with it all done

Yeah, I know about the select a tune. I was going to go with that but I was just checking out my options. My cars still brand new pretty much(3500 miles). I'd like to put it back to bone stock just in case anything would ever happen. I'll probably end up just doing the select a tune though since it'll be cheaper.

I wouldn't count out any more factory mods quite yet. "More Torque More HP" won't even comment of any further mods but logic should tell you if he doesn't say NO there is still a chance for a YES. The LNF will be in the compact (don't remember the name of it) Buick for 2010. The more applications using the LNF, the better the chance they'll do more with it.

JMHO!

I FOUND IT on GMTunerSource. It's the Regal. Check it out on GMTunerSource.
