Hoping y’all can help me.
putting a 2.0 lsj in my mini jet boat. I bought a full stand-alone kit with pcm (tuned), harness pedal and all new sensors. Everything works except I do not get spark. I get good readings from the crank and cam sensors. Fuel injectors fire so I assume the pcm harness is not the issue. I am led to believe it is a bad ignition in the pcm. These cars have a 4 wire coil. Out of the 4 wires, I am getting

wire 1- 12v +
wire 2 (control wire from pcm) it shows constant but weak ground even when engine not cranking
wire 3- solid ground
wire 4- solid ground

any ideas?
