Steering wheel

Does anyone elses steering wheel shake, when above 65mph. Does anyone know how to fix it cuz its driving me insane.

my friends car did that because of a strut. i think.

the rear driver wheel would go crazy.


maybe it was a bent rim idk lol

have you cleaned you wheels in a while? (including the insides)
have you lost any wheel weights?

You can have this type of 'shake' becasue your wheels are out of balance - or have crud in them throwing them out of balance.

Might b I havnt washed my car in a while, and my two front tires are almost slicks. I havnt rotated them or anything sibce I got the car, it has about 19xxx miles.

that right there is probably it;
once tires get worn past a certain point they can start coming apart - litterally...

if they are virtually slicks, driving on the interstate (or whatnot) is like playing russian roulette;
you might be fine this time - but next time might be your last.

if you've over exadurated, clean the car/wheels...

my moms saturn had that issue too and it ended up being horribly misaligned and tires. got the alighnment doen first and that did alot but it was still iffy so got her 4 new tires and no problems since. lol i thought it was a problem with the motor mounts to be honest but nope
