the wheel is adjustable. the lever would be below the wheel. take a look around

And I can't figure out how to tuen the lights on to auto . When it said auto on, my headlights don't turn on.

 

if it's on auto during the day, you'll just get the drl (Daytime running lamps/lights), you won't see the headlights unless you're in deep shade or a tunnel or something. the lever is on the left side of the steering column, the lever pushes down about two inches and then you can move the steering column up and down.

 

Turn the switch down to turn off auto lights. The middle one going up will be the orange lights or your halos if you have aftermarket headlights. and the far icon is your headlights on. a button on the dash on the left side is the fogs.
