Question Stray lines

While i was intstalling my intake today i came across two stray lines that are not connected to anything, and look like they should be lol. One runs from my coolant and the other from the supercharger. Im pretty sure that they have been like this since i bought it though so it cant be a real big issue lol. I looking all over the web trying to find a picture of where they went and nothing! Could someone please let me know where these lines go???

the one from the coolant is the for the surge, if you ever overfill it.. it's not supposed to have anything connected to it

the one from the supercharger should be going to a solenoid

On the right side of the valve cover. It's a black box with a gray nipple on the front.
