never ever ever put anything lower than 91, i personally always put 93 and nothing less, but i know sometimes people are strapped for cash and rather pay like 10 cents cheaper. But otherwise don't even bother looking at the prices of anything lower than 91.

The owners manual is your friend.

I put nothing less than 94 in my baby. Wouldn't think of doing anything else. Pricey, but worth it!

if you don't use premium in the supercharged cobalt you will be visited by the knocking faerie in no time.

i dont know what you guys mean i put midgrade in mine all the time cuz premium is to expensive and my car runs the exact same as it does on premium when i used to use it. i have no knock and its just as fast i have slips proving it.

the car is designed to run best on premium but the pcm will adjust to a different grade, just less powa!
that is what we have knock sensors for

Now if you are running a aftermarket tune, then its different.
