Hey everybody I'm jus posting this thread to further welcome my cousin Thomas into the site, he jus recently got an 06 ss/sc and is completely new to the world of go fast goodies so I want everybody to help him out in finding the right upgrades suitable to his likings, his screen name is MP_wit_da_SS/SC ... he has a " new here " thread, with pics and a detailed description of what is good, and what is bad that needs fixing. For now he is just looking for supporting mods that will help his existing mods get the car out of it's sick, lagging attitude.. mods that I have found on it is what looks like the Hahn shorty header, 3" catless dp with for some reason NO o2 sensors,, a hacked up exhaust, ttr tranny mounts/bushings, Eibach sportline lowering springs, and a hurst short throw shifter that I really love after driving it. Way better feel than the b&m... Idk if the car is staged, pics in the thread will reveal some truth on that, and it holds 15-16 psi. have a look at his thread, and please jump in and make him feel at home, he is home on R&R from Iraq so he is interested in learning and making friends here. Does the pulley have blue bolts in it? Or is it a polished/brushed color? Cuz if he's boostin that high it's either a GM stage kit or aftermarket pulley all together. My guess would be it's a 2.9 on GM stage 2 tune, but that's just a guess. Custom tune and that thing will open up alot. I'd first work on some cooling mods, new DP w/ O2 bungs, wideband, and fix the hacked up exhaust. Just my .02

EDIT: If there's blue bolts on the pulley, it's most likely the GM stage 2 pulley. Forgot to specify that lol
