If you want scenery and cool roads to drive on then it's worth it. If you want to go five or more mph over the speed limit, it's not. There are cops all over and the tollerance is low.

I went last year for the Evo meet, it was really crazy and a ton of Evo's all over the place.. But the Tenn State & Local police LOVE TO GIVE OUT TICKETS..

On that weekend, we saw over a 200+ pulled over [we stopped counting after 50] and getting a state or local PD ticket, they where giving out tickets like crazy... the only time we didn't see people get pulled over is when there was traffic on the road, and you'll either be in traffic or you'll see the traffic drive by slow..

there is always traffic on the weekends.. always.

I heard there was a road that runs along the tail of the dragon. It isn't as extreme, but it has less cops. Is that true?

YES YES YES! idk about FWD cobalts, but still good roads...

its not a road you speed down and race on or anything... just go a decent 30-35mph thruout the tale and you should be fine. lol... some of the turns you will have to slow down to like 25. haha. the fastest you will ever go is 80. lol. and you shouldnt even be going that fast. just take it easy and you will have a blast.

They do some times run down it but it dosnt happen often the biggest issue with the dragon is rock slides with all the storms we been having the last few years it has caused the dragon to be shut down for 6 to 12 months at a time

Honestly if you want to run the dragon and not worry about cops or any kind of traffic. I dont suggest this and you do it at your own risk you have better have good reflexes and good headlights. Drive it at about 1am and then you have nothing to worry about.
