Tail lights

Hi there,

I've had my 07 SS/SC for a few weeks now, and couldn't be happier but I have a simple question. Is it normal for my inner tailights to remain dead? I realize that the centers are the back-up lights of course, but the outer rings don't light up at all? If this is normal it's ashame. I really enjoy the 4 lamp styling by day (sorta 90's skyline GTR) but it looks shitty at night (almost neonish' dammit).....or broken?
Any aftermarket fixes if this is normal?

The red around the reverse lights are reflectors. When someone is following you they do seem as though they are lit up from their headlights.

I think your right. Those lights need to be LIT DAMMIT! I'm suprised actually, that an aftermarket supplier hasn't come up with a kit yet. In my oppinion, the tail lights are one of the most distinctive aspects to the cars otherwise "sedate" appearance.
I normally perform all my own work (tranny excluded) on my vehicles, but I can't bring myself to start F'ing around with a brand new car (1300km). Drilling holes, pulling wire.........it seems like a cardinal sin somehow.

Ya, i thought about that too. But the drive to make it better, faster, stronger, just overpowers me. I gotta find some LEDs... i can't wait for my halos to get here too.
