I have a traction control button, but I didn't know if you hold it 5 seconds it turns esc off too. I was watching a video for the new ss/tc, and they mentioned that. So I tried it on my car, and it works! Except for what exact reason do I need to turn these features off?

Not really, unless your into spirited driving (punching it every now and then)

My GTi had traction controll. Take it off if you get stuck in the snow. You need a little tire spin, Otherwise its a bitch to rock it back and fourth.

 

Ah ok. See, I don't race or go to tracks, so I don't know these things.
