lets keep it civil.
i'm not here to bash. just want help.
i encourage their reply. i wasn't able to get a reply since last friday. via pm on css, nor email.
as previously mentioned every email between us was included.
interviewatruins.tumblr.com

they're all in chronological order.
no edits, nothing missing.
i didn't include the email i sent him though after he said he'd ship it out last thursday since it's got my physical address on it. otherwise it's all there. also original pms were no longer available.

yea lol me too man!
how'd the lights work out?
i decided to rid myself of the ss and get a pos first. the cars gone, so i'm searching for another one now lol.
i've moved in to a friends house who's hooking me up with a much cheaper rent rate and am about to move up at work so that'll make the perfect recipe for saving for the evo. it'll save me 700 a month since i won't have high insurance on the ss and a high car payment (450).

zzp's product quality is great but their customer service is lacking. Ive had several cases where ive had a question and either got no response at all or they did not answer my question.

I'm not bashing just stating what you wrote seems cut and dry. I would hope they do something for you good luck.

And what I dont understand, is that they were quick to call out another vendor for bad business practices (in another thread I was in today). I sure hope they chime in and fix their own mistakes!

this probably should have been put in the zzp vendor section rather than general cobalt. that way they have a better chance of seeing it

Sorry bro about the bad business deal! Hope that is their only one because I would like to think of them as a front runner for performance parts when the cash becomes available. Good luck with the sale of your SS!

Yes there is always two sides but he has all of the emails so it is kind of hard to dispute. It does suck though I have always liked ZZP and whenever I have had questions they were always quick to answer. Sorry about your bad luck.

i have about 3200 worth of parts in a cart waiting for my wedding checks to clear and im gunna order the parts from zzp

backspace.....

nevermind that..........

after reading this whole ordeal they have just lost out on a big sale due to them disrespecting a fellow cobalt owner, never should happen like that, looks like ttr and mpx are gunna be getting some orders soon

TOO BAD ZZP
