Are the coupe third brake lights interchangeable with the sedan third brake lights?

idk for sure, but im guessing no, since the entire trunk itself is completely different.

according to my parts catalog, no they are not the same. I looked up your 06 coupe and an 06 sedan. Parts numbers are as follows
Coupe:15271522
Sedan:15271523

Now with that said, the bulbs inside are the same just in case you was wondering. Hope this helps out
