Took a day off and got some things done!

so Friday I had a friend call into my job and claim I was hauled away by police that morning for some unknown reason (Im running out of excuses to take off work). cuase the day before I had gotten my hurst shifter in and my tranny mounts and had a couple of things laying around I wanted to get on my car finally, so I had a lil mod day.

well first thing I did was get my stock wheels back on (after being painted) cause I need new tires on my aftermarket ones and I dont have the money and I dont really like them anyway. hahaha in the process of pulling wheels off and on I replaced 3 lug studs that had broken off randomly since Ive had the car, and another 2 broke off while swapping wheels, does anyone make upgraded lug studs? are there any such thing? haha

next I moved onto my hurst well I read the how to on here and got started, well I dont know why people are removing the entire shifter assemble I just took off the 4 torx screws and pulled the stock shifter out from there and put the hurst in it took me a max of 20 minutes and I didnt have to adjust the cables or anything, people make it out to be alot more difacult than it really is.

next was my AEM wide band, that was fairly easy two just put in the 02 sensor gave the gauge power and ground and there it was, I put the gauge in the CA sterring wheel pod, I love it and would reccomend it to anyone.

I also did a lil adjusting on my traction bars,

here one of the pics Ive got for some reason they all turned out like ****, so Ill post more up later, sorry that was a lil long Im just excited I got all this done, the wheels I worked off and on for about 2-3 weeks total time is like 2-3 days onthe wheels, and I LOVE the way the look, I saw someones balt on here that was red with the same idea of the wheels and had to do it so thanks to who you maybe, great inspiration =)

looks really good, but the cop thing might be a little much, maybe an unexpected flight back to your home state or something?

haha nah I hate this job and my supervisor will give me a good review either way the actualy boss wouldnt give me a good review if it would save my life hes just adick like that,

but me and my friend were arrested like 3 weeks ago for pocession of burglery tools (the most bullshit charge EVER) I could go through anyones car and find 10 things anyone could use to steal something, but anyway, my boss told me to do what I have to to get off these charges, so.. I said **** it theres an excuse right there. I take off like almost EVERY friday hahahahaha

I got enough money save up to last me through all my bills and then some for 6 months, and I have an pretty nice resume for only being 18, and I have job offers every weeks so Im not worried

the first time I might have cause I torqued them down to like 95 or something and I think the torque wrench was broken I bought a new one and did it at 80 and 3 days alter one broke off and if you search for it on here so many people break them and its really weried, they just break off like its nothing

So you don't really like your aftermarket wheels? Do you have any pics of them on the car? Maybe I would be interested in them depending on the size and weight of them.
