Traded my '06 SS for '06 SS/SC
Traded my '06 SS for '06 SS/SC
Well I decided to take the loss and traded in my ultra silver 06 SS for an ultra silver 06 SS/SC w/G85. Of course I lost some money on the trade in with how much I still owed, but hey you only live once right?
I loved the SS so much I decided to invest in the SS/SC for the long term!

This is the first stick I have owned and have been getting to know the feel of the car in the past week, very fun car to drive. I already got my windows tinted, 15% in the rear and 50% on the front, next on the list is probably an intake. I'm trying to decide which to pick up, but I'm leaning toward the AEM because of it's stealth and dryflow filter. I'm a little worried about voiding my warrenty so soon, I don't have an established relationship with my local Chevy dealerships, I don't know if they will be cool about mods or deeks.

Nice. Love the color. I did the samething with my old 2.4. Not a fan of the polished wheels, but good job on the G85. I wouldn't worry about an intake voiding the warranty. They would have the prove it and the chance of something going wrong because of an intake. Even if the intake is the cause, just toss the stocker back on.

Anyhoo, to the OP, nice looking car. Too bad you took a hit and it sucks to lose another 2.4L owner, but good luck with your new toy

I really like the polished wheels, plus I don't have to worry about any paint flaking off 'em down the road. I drove 50 miles away to pick this baby up, they were all gone from the dealerships around here (they told me they only get 1 or 2 from Chevy a year) and it had exactly what I was looking for, Ultra Siilver exterior, G85, XM Radio (gotta have my Opie & Anthony Show
