("Losier will soon make another big upgrade to the engine bay, in the form of Hahn Racecrafts prototype turbocharger kit for the supercharged engine. Thats right, this kit will effectively make the Cobalty twin-charged. Based on the principle of compound forced induction, where one compressor feeds the other, Hahns kit should produce about 400hp according to the companys President, Bill Hahn Jr.")
I hope it works but I question if it is going to be worth the money to dual charge the car instead of just swapping to a turbo allone. Oopps back the age old debate turbo vs supercharger.. How about the nitrous on top of that??? WHP in the 400's very nice one seated car sorry thats where I got to pass. I still like taking my GF for rides,LOL
lol .. yea honestly I didnt read it fully I pretty much just skimmed it and read sections from the magazine.. but it would be interesting to see how it will hold up.. if in the future it works out well and more cars start getting it done succefully with no problems maby Ill get it done.. prolly not to the 400whp tho lol , and obviously after my car is all paid off and warranty is done
actually he did get it on. i got the pre-release of the mag during the SCN show (Sport Compact Nights). he said he dyno'd at 407WHP, you have to see this thing, and hear it when it was comming into the building. definitly a peace of art

i actually met Keith yesterday at the Sema show in Ft Washington.
1st he is a really nice personable guy. Got a chance to talk to him and also plan on seeing him again at HIN Boston....I am so ready to get my ass handed to me. LOL...his car is just IN_FUCKING_SANE. Definately best car at this show.
He had said they did indeed twin charge the car but wasnt working as good as he expected. He is planning on taking the car down a quarter mile at a show coming up in june....he said by then he is hoping to hit 500 with it.
ididnt really have time to get into it with him because he was being judged at the time but the car in person is really awesome. The entire kit and roofing is CF which i never noticed (guess i havent really taken that great of a look at it in magazines and online)...the trunk motorizes open and so do the doors. I know he said he had made some more body modifcations to bring out more of the CF on the car. he definately isnt finished though.
He definately has skill, said he has been doing this for about 9 yrs now. We talked about the plans for my car. He even said if i needed any help etc. I could talk to him.
Just overall a nice guy who is definately excited about the cobalt...and i told him its nice to finally see a domestic car kicking some ass out there. We both agree there is just not enough coverage yet for these cars to which he said thats exactly what he hopes to occur through this car. I think that so far he is doing a great job.

Yes I do have to agree...Keith Losier does some amazing work. My car was actually done by him at his shop (Desired Customs) in Niagra Falls, Ontario. When I seen his Cobalt on the cover of PAS I was amazed because just about 5 months ago I was up there and it was pretty much stock. But I do thank him very much for everything he has done for me and I plan on going back up there this summer to get more work done to it.
Hey badg1rl.I guess I`ll see you in Boston.A few of the Desired built cars are going to Boston.I`ll get my Cobalt back next week and the Hankook Cavalier just got dropped off yesterday to be re-done.
SSCobalt,so your the guy that got the wheels and hood i was supposed to get......
HE had that stuff on there when it was red at our bash last year.
I may get to meet you at a show this summer somewhere.Unless your coming up to the JCO bash on June 2/3?
