Unfortunatly got hit in the parking lot

Fortunately the person left their contact info and I just finished arranging everything with their insurance company for the repairs.

Apparently the person said they were in a hurry and backed in to my car at the Park & Ride. I thanked them for leaving their contact info. Honesty #FTW

Funny part is I didn't notice getting hit since I approached my car from behind. I drove home, had dinner, put my kid to bed and then went out to take the garbage out and saw the hit. I start getting all upset, call my wife out and her first response is "Maybe they left their information under the wiper?" which I respond with "pssffttt as if..." as she pulls the person's contact info out from under the wiper... Heh...

You're lucky man. Good luck with that. But how didn't you notice the info under the wiper?! You're lucky it made it through the drive home.

Yeah, I got really lucky that the person left their info and that I didn't lose it on the drive home. It was folded up and tucked down low, plus it was dark out. So I just didn't notice it.

would of been a hoot if it flew off your wiper on your way home ! That would have been a fail.

Same thing happened to me when I had my Sunflower. They left a note and everything.

Called the number when I got home. Person says "No, it was not me. I've been home all night." I could tell by the paint mark on the damage that it was a black vehicle that backed into me. I asked what colour his car was. He said silver and its been in the garage all night.

Went to the Cop-Shop to report it and the desk officer called them about it. He told the cops to come over and have a look at their car. I said forget it.

I was pissed It was about $900 damage.

I could just see the person that backed into me in the parking lot saying to other people around "Don't worry I'll leave my number under the wiper." M-F****er!
