Do I trust stacy david? Im sure everyones seen his episode on cutting springs

looking to do my entire interior black with white accents, will his directions work well? door panels and center console are first then carpet headliner and dash.
Dont have time to search junkyards and find base model panels with no power, dont want to pay $80-$100 for console used. hence why im painting, hopefully it will come out ok. I have my lower dash and trim plastidipped and its doing on but im going to plastidip my car white in the spring hence the white trim.

Thank you for the link, I will hopefully pick up a few of those, just concerned with painting to match the pieces i cant get.
And to be honest, Im in a very rough financial point right now, Im really just planning out some research for my winter project. Probably wont start doing anything for another month or so.

I've painted whole panels on a car before, just make sure its fully degreased (armor all= paint job murder) , use a good plastics primer and good satin/Flat paint, I've never had a chipping issue, just let them dry long enough before you put them back in
