I put an Ls1 in an '08 HHR Panel. Steve (Gobalt) has been very helpful on this build. I have had many pm conversations with him.

My question is this: An HHR steering wheel measures 15 1/2" across. I want a smaller diameter wheel. I really like the early Cobalt 4 spoke steering wheel. I know the 3 spoke Cobalt SS steering wheels are about 14" in diameter. Do the 4 spoke wheels come in this 14" size? Were they made in black leather?

If not, are the 3 spoke LS steering wheels the same diameter as the SS steering wheels? I see plenty of wheels on ebay but the diameter isn't listed. In a perfect world I would have a 14" black leather 4 spoke steering wheel. Thanks in advance for your answers.

I'll post a few pics if I can figure out how to. Hope to be running in 4 - 5 months. Drive train is '01 Z28 Camaro. Ls1 with the best of everything: new crank, rods,pistons, Comp cam, roller lifters, Yella Terra roller rockers,Manton pushrods, PCR heade, dual valve springs, FAST 102 manifold and 102 Nick Williams throttle body

Only the SS wheels came in leather, should be both 3 and 4 spoke for different years.. same size as well, although I don't know what it actually measures. Corvettes have the same spline and will work too, again, lacking knowledge on diameter.. hope that helps some

I had an lt model and I'm pretty sure they are the same size well at least the 4 spoke ones

Thanks for the replies guys. I located a 2006 SS wheel and air bag on eBay. It's a leather 4 spoke, just what I wanted.
