Vin: 1G1AP18P977334545 Need info
Can anyone find info out on this I did a carfax but I want to know if it has LSD. Please let me know, thanks

not a wise move posting your full VIN on the internet.

one quick way to tell is to fire up the car and do a quick peel out. if both tires leave equal length marks then you have an LSD


*edit* i just noticed your sig says no G85. the G85 IS the limited slip diff. In 05 and 06 years it was a package with recaro seats and a sunroof. i believe 07 had an option just for G85 without recaros and sunroof

it does have sunroof.

If people have my vin I am fine with that no to much you can do with ust a vin. vins are posted every(ebay autortrader etc)

Look in your car in the trunk underneath the carpet liner to the upper left of the spare tire for a sticker... It lists all of the car's options as well as its color codes... That would be the quickest and easiest way.

That VIN does not have G85 in "Vehicle Build".

Hell the vin is viewable on the outside of the car, at the bottom of the windshield . If it was something to worry about GM wouldn't have put it there.

Sunroof is not related at all. There are G85 cars out there without the roof.

Your car is not G85 according to that vin report. Sorry

i work for gm parts and i put that vin in and serached your differential and its saying "excluding limtd slp diff" sorry i would say no you dont have it.

g85 is the code actually and its non apperent

your trans and diff code is (mu3)
