Well... Ol' BLue has a battle scar...
Well, I had a temporary lapse of judgement when getting ready to pass on the freeway, and bumped into another car, however damage on both cars was very minor, and we all thanked our lucky stars that it wasn't worse than what it was... anyway, here are a few pictures... going to be getting the damage repaired sometime today, or by the end of the week.
The only damage to the other vehicle was some scratches in the doors along with some blue paint.... everyone was alright... Just can't get over I didn't see them...

I am going to go by the you pick your part next week and fix it myself, Hey, don't hate on my XFE! IT has a decent amount of power for the car... better it be attached to a 5spd manual than a 4 speed slushbox! I am possibly going to be moving up to an SS/TC cobalt or HHR april of next year! Don't hate a future SS owner Yea... I am glad that no one else was hurt, insurance agent just gave me a check today to cover most of the cost of the repair. The bumper will buff out, and hey, now I have an excuse to get those blacked-out headlights I have been looking at

So, can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to go to find a used color matching driver side fender with the pin striping so that all I need to do is bolt it into place? The boneyards around here have not been very helpful, one place insisted that I should put a silver fender on... because that was all they had from a G5... Even offered to take $20 to get it out of their inventory... Anyone on here have an idea?

Call up all the BIG wrecking yards that are willing to ship. that's your best bet to find one color matched. A website I use is Car-part.com Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market . If they have the correct fender ,and color, make sure to call into that wrecking yard, and make sure that they have that same color, ( match it with your vin number )
