my delaer called me said they dont got nay ss in but they do ahve a red LS with sun roof and evythign else... now should i take that or should i wiat and stick it out for the SS

i know its not but iv bene wiating since dec 28th and i dont know if i get fucke di might have to wiat for the 06 SS in withc case i prob wont get it till late Aug or sept:S

 

I've been waiting since October. Since then I bought a crapper car....then blew the engine up. Now I've been driveing a rental for almost a month. Will be buying another car next week to hold me over for my 05 order or reorder an 06. A lot of us here have gone thru sooooo much frustration waiting for this car... i.e. my build date has been moved 3 times now! just hang in their the car will be worth it.

 

i dont know how you guys can hold in that long

i mean i can understand if it was couple months but 6? i dont think i can wait that long

i agreed to purchase an SS based on the fact that it would be may.. this car better be worth the wait

 

I bought one on December 8th, being told "by February at the latest". Hind site sucks cause through the girl who wrote off my '03 Z24, I got enough money for my car to rent for a couple of months, sure wish I would have gotten a beater man. The rental's not leaving much left over cash.

BUT, I agree. Join us in the waiting room for the SS. It'll soooooo be worth it!! And yes I'm a little at this point

Do what I do... whenever you cant take it anymore think of the SS throwing your head back when you jucie up the boost on that 200+ HP engine... makes it more worth it no?

 

My dealer in Mississauga tried to sell me that exact red LS coupe too but I said no. I guess there's no one who wants a red LS coupe in the GTA fully loaded.

 

Well if you put down a deposit and you can't get an 05 I would try to get your deposit back from the dealer. Then your free to get whatever you want.

For me personally I wouldn't like a car with an automatic. One of the reason I got the SS/SC was for the 5 spd.
