Is there a specific number I can call at Chevrolet or GM in order to get some sort of print out of the specifications and products my car was built with when it left the assembly line? I know the basics, obviously the supercharged LSJ engine and what not but what about certain smaller things like limited slip differential, etc. I'd be interested in obtaining as much factual information about my car as possible and I don't know how to go about doing this. I bought the car used rather than new.

 

look under the carpet in the trunk and it has all the option codes for that car
i did that on mine, and saw the G85 option, LSD

if u got the car used u can also ask the dealership for a printout on any work that was done. Got one when my car went in for a new timing chain. Guy that sold me the car lied big time...lol
