Bad pic, but it's my Cobalt's first winter EVER! 3 years of being spoiled and garaged the first time a piece of salt even thought about hitting the road.

 

Watch the inside of the doors and the rocker panels underneath, those are the rust spots. 7 winters and that's where mine started to rust.

Thanks, I plan on rinsing it down every time it goes above freezing. I live in Ohio so winters aren't usually too terrible, I sold my Grand Prix GTP I drove in the winter. I am hoping to pick up another car in a month.

This wasn't today, but it's the most recent of events. Got on the winter wheels and tires on (I use my stockers for the winter), got the floor mats in, it's wintered up.

 

Got her gutted yesterday ready for my stage 3 ky clutch to go in tomorrow.

I don't think that looks ricey. Just not a fan of the wing and red center caps on black rims. This car would barely show up on a rice scale.

 

 

Lots of people don't like the highrise. That's cool. I do. And the red center caps were the bright idea of my idiot friend. I have new caps in the mail, we covered these cuz they were scuffed to poop.

Either way they are my winter wheels, so I care not.

miatas are way faster than our cobalts anyways. Not as fast as a honda though :good:

 

Today she got a bath at the touchless car wash to rinse off some salt. Then I stopped by my parents' house and used my pop's air compressor to inflate my winter tires evenly. Should be all ready to do e-brake donuts in the snow tomorrow.

Don't paint your wheels in the wind. Tons of over-spray on the front tires, but **** it.
