I hope to install this in a few weeks. It's too cold in the garage to work out there. Since all this stuff is clean, I'm doing this part in the warmth.

Question: does anyone know the direction the springs get installed? I know which is top and which is bottom but I thought I read somewhere something about orienting the tag on the spring a certain direction during installation.

did more tearing down so i can take it back to stock.

pulled the supercharger, removed pulley, removed WOT box and wiring, removed meth injection system.

couple big things to do still, change the suspension and exhaust to stock, replace ottp STS with stock, and remove zzp heat exchanger.

Is it? Well whatever. Going to stick with 80mm. Thought they used it on TBSS but guess not. 90mm is too damn much.

Unless they used a different throttle body on the tbss, but I know ls2 is a 90mm. I can ask my buddy. He has a tbss.

And why not just run the 75mm ls4? They used it on a ton of cars and trucks. Mine is marked that it was off a trailblazer. Maybe that's the 80mm you were thinking of a non ss trailblazer. Possibly a lost translation somewhere. Worth double checking what's available. Maybe there is an 80, but I don't see there being a gain over the 75, just worse driveability

No, it's the 4.8/5.3/6.0 truck throttle body. I just thought they also used it on the TBSS since it is a truck. I want to be a guinea pig for a plug-n-play throttle body swap for 08+ Cobalts. In the name of science! And research and ****? Would be most beneficial on a TVS but I don't plan to make that much power on my stock internals. Maybe I will go TVS eventually and it'd be nice to have an 80mm throttle body. I don't think driveability would suffer any more than the LS4 TB.
