Wash, wax, vacuum. Put a clip on cell phone caddie on the side of the radio area so I can see the phone screen. Going to get a bluetooth reader and install torque on the phone.

It's not funny it's clever. Bet most people won't even notice it walking by unless they're really checking out the car.

That's what I was going for. I wanted the flag on the car without having the actual flag on it. I read a thread on the Ion forums about people taking off and painting their front emblems and the idea clicked.

Put on my carbon fiber emblems, debadged the little GM squares, and took of the Cobalt on the rear and moved the SS over there. My fingers are a little raw.

Drive to Florida Friday night. Drove across Florida to see Term2 this morning. New 3 bar sensors in the rain (fun.. NOT) and a tune. Then drove home. Car is filthy dirty and has love bugs. Tomorrow will be wash and wax.

The whole weekend was devoted to working on the car...I got a lot accomplished and time well spent.

  1. Installed Hahn 3" Catback
  2. Finally finished repainting/buffing/polishing back bumper lip
  3. Re-smoked tail lights & side markers
  4. Buffed the entire car.
