Finally got the car back after four days at the car shop with a newly painted back bumper and a new front bumper. It smells like new paint inside. I now realize how slow my car is compared to the rental car Pontiac G6 lol.

 

Hahaha. What kind of g6 did you get as a rental? I had a 06 g6 3.5v6. I loves the sportiness of the car and the room and everything, but it definitely lacked the power I was looking for.

 

Coming from a 2.4 to a V6 was a huge difference for me lol. It had 16" chrome wheels and other doodads like traction control and auto-shift. I'm pretty sure it was a 3.5.

Then again, I spotted a used black Cobalt SS/TC for sale over there. It looks sooo nice.

$18.9 with 29,000 miles. Hmm.... damn I want it lol.

 

What year? Seems expensive. Any mods?



Back on topic: Picked it up from the dealer. Dropped it off last night to get an oil change done, adjust e-brake so it holds better (completed) and driver's side door not always unlocking after it rains hard. They ordered all the parts and it should be replaced with OEM parts under GMPP.

 

Going to Wal-Mart this morning to buy some super glue. Some of my interior pieces (tweeter covers) are falling off.

No mods. It seems unmolested but unsure. It's a 2010.

 

Waited patiently over a month to get my car back from the body shop and was told I could pick it up today and to call them.
I'm not getting an answer....
I've had to pay a lot for a rental car....
