haha thats sick. ^^^

i put my new battery in and fire my balt up. drove it down my alley so i could rearrange it in my garage. it felt so weird driving! after driving my beater with a light ass clutch pedal and so much play in the shifter and then hoping into the balt everything felt so good and stiff. cant wait until spring

just shipped my cobalt from the mechanic shop it was at to a shop that will finish the job. Family friend fucked me by taking 1500 of my money for a motor swap and some other extras and not finish that ****. taking his ass to court. this car has been outta commission for about a year now. The longest reason was had to find another engine. Car will be done on wednesday can't wait to pick her up and drive her ass
He quoted me 2500 if he had to do the whole thing. It was a bareblock swap so all the neccessary parts such as header, intake mani, trans, tensioners, alternator, starter and such

the extras we did LSJ upgrade clutch, trans mounts switched with poly inserts,Spherical control arm bushings replaced.

getting it plated with custom plates, GMS3 tune and all basic boltons for my Daily driving fun.

parking my 400+hp mustang in the garage

It took me probably about an hour to do, took about 20 minutes trying to get the stock knob off (big pita) It's just time consuming since you have to take the staples off of the stock boot too. I think it's worth it though!

Hard to tell with the dreary skies and my bad camera, but these things SHINE! The glare hit it just right when I was putting the drivers side one in and it hurt my eyes...lol

Well did this last night, but ah well I finnished installing my seat heater for the driver (pass. can suck it lol) my car didnt come with heated seats but damn do these get toasty!! for $40+free shipping this was damn well worth it, and after the bow tie painting this is the easiest thing I've done to the car!! I can't believe I waited so long to do this!! I absolutly LOVE IT

I put the button there, I searched junk yards but none had OEM buttons couldn't find any easy enough...and I really didn't care enough these buttons that came with it look great, high/low with LED indicator and I put it there incase I get a pass. one later for symmetry lol and there wasn't any plastic under that spot to obstruct the button.

and this is the kit its PRETTY much plug and play, works with cloth as well, I urge you to get it if you live in the cold, you wont be disappointed

thats the one I used, follow it to the letter and this is a brainless install, I just didn't put the button where he did cuz there a plastic "wall" there that I didn't want to chop up and its even easier in an SS S/C leather seat because theres no grooves to cut (i.e you can skip steps 13-15)just lay the heater element on it and put the leather back over, this guide may LOOK like some work, but it really only took me an hour.

but yeah just got back from first class of college this semester and it was a toasty ride the whole way home, didn't even use the fan !!

yes they will work in Recaro's ^ a guy in my local club has 'em in his recaro seats and recommended that product to me. Hes had them since last year, they work great and is a hell of a price IMO

that kit works with recaro, cloth, leather and Suede

and again I cannot emphasize how much I love having heated seats, this is a revelation people!
