okay. so, i have a sedan. i love it. so far i've done more cosmetic mods than performance. so far...
performance wise: i have a custom k&n short ram intake, stage 2+ clutch (stock flywheel, i ran outta money), oil catch can(i'll throw it in there).

cosmetic wise: i have L.E.D.s, some painted interior ( about 3/4 finished), painted grille, painted mirrors, tinted tail lights, hood stripes, new boot and **** knob, eclipse head-unit, kicker subs, audiobahn amp, stupid seat covers, l.e.d. switches, chopped antenna, thats all i can think of.

I know some things i want next(in no specific order...this is just as they come to mind). There is a local guy on here who has progress lowering springs i wanna buy. also, i want to buy the cavalier sts. i also wanna buy an extra hood so i can start my hood project. i also want to buy my rims, and ss/sc front bumper, and side skirts. n i might wanna buy a lip kit or if it ever gets produced the cf splitter. i wanna buy a strut bar, either the tsudo or megan exhaust. if my buddy ever gets back to me about deleting the sai and recalibrating my rim size, i wanna buy a cheap header bc my plans r to hopefully go turbo. what effects my decision is how the new ss/tc will impact the a/m turbos for us. and before i go turbo i will rebuild the engine with the rebuild kit they offer. i've done alot of reading, and i have a pretty good grasp on more things, until it gets to the technical topics such as tuning. by the end of august i want to atleast have the following:
1. new custom hood (roughly 300.00)
2. exhaust (between 200-400 pending on which one i buy)
3. header n d/p (probably 250 pacesetter n the ss/sc)
4. rims (like 400-600)
5. ss/sc front bumper n skirts (like 450)
6. kicker amp (500)
total: roughly $2230

now, before summer is up i'll also have my interior done, n i wanna be able to enter some small bass offs, hence the new amp. my question is, (i know everyone is different, and alot of u guys are all about performance...) but what do u guys think and what do u guys think i should buy next. i'm probably gonna get my springs and sts first. but do u guys think i'm going into the right direction here? i mean, i wanna make my cobalt stand out (not in a gaudy ricer triple deck wing way). i just want to catch people's eye. i don't really like body kits. i used to when i was 16 and 17. but my reasoning is that if im gonna pay 1000-1500 im gonna invest it into other things. basically i want to look sharp, before i go fast. also, i've only had the car for 1.5 years and still owe another 3.5 years. so i wanna do little things before i dump alot of cash into the engine. what do u guys think? i'm open for suggestions. alot of people think i've done a nice job so far (i've done everything myself except clutch). i have pics in my gallery. i just like to stand out and be original hence a major reason for the sedan. sooo...any help or suggestions are welcomed. thanks guys n gals.

take your car to muffler man for the exhaust. The no me well just mention Jake with the red cobalt ss. Don and Bob are great guys. They did a full 3" mandrel bent stainless steel exhaust and welded in a magnaflow resonator and i brought a skunk 2 muffler I got from Paul at swerve. It sounds awesome. Ofcourse you dont need 3" but they do awesome work and are great guys

you will have to modify either the pacesetter header of the cobalt downpipe to fit each other, the header comes with a ball flange, muffler man can do that for you too

 

where's swerve? i know where k&s is on river road near niagara river in tonawanda. but where's swerve? how much was it for ur exhaust? i was lookin at the tsudo exhuast. its like 200 ballpark. it sounds nice n deep. at pep boys they sell the magna flow muffler for like 60-ish bucks. n which muffler man did u go to? remember im from tonawanda not amherst. lol. when r we gonna get together for a meet?

if i went with the pacesetter i was just gonna get the ss/sc dp. people said they bolt up nicely.
