What Should I Do?

Okay, for those who read about the Megan Drift-Spec Exhaust group buy that went on about a month ago, I was involved in the group buy. NGA Motorsports hosted the group buy and as soon as I received the money, I jumped on the bandwagon. I sent out a money order to NGA for $320.00 because I don't have a credit card and waited anxiously to receive my exhaust. NGA ordered the exhausts from Megan in California and had the exhausts shipped directly from Megan to the customers. Needless to say, after miscommunications and holiday delays people became furious and eager to receive their product. I called Megan when NGA said the exhausts shipped out and they told me they didn't have an exhaust shipped under my name or my address. So, I contacted NGA and asked them what was going on and where my $320.00 went. They took my name down and shipping address about two weeks ago and told me they ordered an exhaust that was shipped to their company. They claimed as soon as the exhaust would arrive, which was either Tuesday or Wednesday of this current week, they would ship it directly out to me. I contacted NGA early Tuesday morning and they said the exhaust should arrive in the evening. I can't get a hold of NGA and I still don't have my exhaust. Shipping from Ohio (where NGA is located) to Maryland should only take 3-4 days.

Here I am almost a month later since I sent my payment out still with no exhaust. What should I do? Did I lose out on $320.00?

I understand that and it's fine. I just want my exhaust here. I've waited far too long.
People who have purchased their exhausts with credit cards already got their exhausts and here I am wondering where the hell mine is.

I hang out at a local shop and deal with this all the time. The more you bug them, the more of a dick head they can be towards you. I'd call next week if I was you, if you don't receive it. Bite the bullet and be the nice guy, for a week.

I'd wait till Monday, call them again and if there is still a issue, ask for a refund.

That's the thing though. I don't want a refund. I paid for this exhaust with intentions of receiving it. This exhaust is very hard to get a hold of and I don't want to lose my chance of getting it.

Hey my exhaust was on backorder straight from Apexi. I had to wait 2-3 months to get it. All the parts I've ordered for my car so far have taken a month or longer to come in. I get all my parts from one dealer though, so he hooks me up with a good deal because he knows a lot of my parts will take a while to come in. If you really want something, you just have to wait it out.

If at all possible see if they will give you a tracking number. This way you can follow where your exhaust is, or if they even ordered it. You can then track it on line if it is being shipped by ups, dhl, or the post office. But if its some cheap third party vendor, oh well.......

NGA from what I was told is a very respectable vendor. They've done a lot of past successful group buys, so I thought I could trust them.

I was supposed to receive a tracking number from Megan when they shipped my exhaust out for there, however, since I was not on the shipped exhausts list, I never received one. NGA really fucked up this one.

I would hold off on even asking for that. If you keep calling them and bugging them, its just going to **** them off.

Seriously though...

You can build your own exhaust for the same amount of money. There is nothing special about exhaust systems besides it being pre-made for your car. It's just piping and if you want a deeper tone, you buy a resonator and a good oval style muffler and a local shop can mandrel bend the pipes for you.

I've been waiting for a whole month. I understand that you people are telling me to wait. I know how to wait, I've been doing it all along now. But in all honesty, has anyone ever had bad experiences with NGA?
