What is this thing?
It's like this little rubber type deal. It just chills about a thumb's width from where the hinge on the door is. I don't know what it is or what it does but it keeps falling off and I'm about to toss it out.

No purpose. Not really sure what it is supposed to do, but its something that they are supposed to remove when the car goes through PDI before they put it out on the lot at a dealership. Toss it.
