And you forgot the LTZ. And I find it funny how you don't call the 2.4's SS's

I did that to keep things simple.

I wanted to group the Cobalt & G5 as 2.2L or 2.4L respectively

the problem is that there is overlap

1) 2005-2010 LT/LS/LTZ/XFE (all 2.2L)

2) 2006-2007 SS (2.4L)
\/which was replaced with the\/
2008 Sport (2.4L)
\/which was replaced with the\/
2009-2010 LT2 w/Sport Appearance package (2.2L)

Now do you see what I was trying to do there?

If we broke down all model years, and all trim levels ~ there would be like fifty options...

With the Pursuit/G5 is was easier - because even though the engine changed the model name didn't;

2005-2008 Pursuit/G5 GT (2.4L)
\/which was replaced with the\/
2009-2010 G5 GT (2.2L)

even though the model name didn't change I separated the two to be consistent with the Cobalt grouping ~ and since the 2006-2007 SS was the same car as the 2008 Sport - I felt there was no cause to separate the two...

I'm trying to figure out what you're getting at, I said you forgot the LTZ, which was only made in 2005 and 2006, so you only have to end it on the end of base models. Then you have 2006-2007 2.4 coupe and sedan which could simply be made into one (2006-2007 SS/NA) and the 2008 Sport. So you still have the same amount of options. And as for the LT2 with Sport Appearance package it's still an LT. If you're going to make a seperate category for the "sports package" you forgot some years because my car has the "sports package" as well. Maybe it's me but I don't unnderstand what you're getting at.
