When I reverse up a hill (auto)..

i get a kinda loud CLICK noise. sounds like its coming from the front of the car.

like i goto drop my gf off and her driveway is a steep hill. i put my foot on the break, she gets out and i reverse and i hear that noise.

why!? is it just something that cars do that i never noticed before? or is my trans gonna blow up or something lol?

When you heard that click it was the start of a timer... you now have only 12hr 45min 53sec to live. Sorry about your luck

I'll have to check....on the old TH 400s the speed governors used to click in reverse. the metal weights weren't under pressure in reverse so as you would roll back at certain angles the weights would click loudly too. It was normal.
