Where is this at?

The daytime running light fuse. I installed HID's and im being told that I should pull this to make my ballists last longer. I popped the fuse box cover under the hood and looked on the backside of it, dont see anything that pertains to DRL, or Autolights ect..

My cobalt didnt come with a owners manual (bought used) so I dont have one of those to refer to. Any help would be apreciated.

also if your looking to protect your lights. make sure go thru your dash instrument cluster to make sure your lights dont flash when you hit the lock and unlock buttons.

Ok, got the cover in my hand. top middle right above fuel pump, and below ABS 50A? The box shows a block there but its not labled. Also to the right top is BCM3 and BCM2.

You have a 06. You don't have the fuse.
Your DRL's are the Parking Light\Turn signal.

You don't need to do anything.
