Where to file a complaint on your car....
this website has a list of the TSB's released for all cars, just do a search.
It's also where you go to file any complaints about your car. **NOTE: it has to be a serious complaint because they will investigate it.** (I would suggest that people having problems with the clutches consider filing one)

A clutch isn't a safety complaint. Sure it could be considered a safety complaint in very particular situations, but it could also be said that in such situations unecessary risk was being taken.
